Campos Racing have announced that Noah Stromsted will replace Oliver Goethe for the final round of the 2024 FIA Formula 3 season.

Following the announcement that Goethe will move up to Formula 2 with MP Motorsport at Monza, Campos have confirmed that Stromsted will serve as his replacement this weekend, teaming up with Mari Boya and Sebastián Montoya.

The 17-year-old Dane has enjoyed a strong start to his single-seater career, finishing second in the 2021 Danish F4 Championship as rookie, thanks to his nine race wins in 11 races.

Despite being a newcomer to the Formula 3 Championship, Stromsted has previous experience as a member of the Campos team having raced for them in the 2023 Spanish F4 Championship, achieving several podiums across the campaign.

Stromsted is currently taking part in the Formula Regional European Championship where he is eighth in the Standings helped by his two podium finishes.

He will now make his debut in Formula 3 and following the news, he revealed how excited he is for the opportunity to step up to the Championship.

“I am very excited to be making my debut in FIA F3 with Campos Racing as they are a very competitive team,” said Stromsted. “I know them from our F4 Spain season together in which I drove with them last year and have a very good relationship with them. I want to thank Campos Racing for this opportunity and my sponsors and family for the support.”

Team Principal Adrián Campos Jr said: “We are very happy to have Noah with us for the Monza races. Last year, he already showed us that he is an incredibly talented and fast driver.

“Despite the significant step up in performance with the F3 car, we will provide him with all our support and experience to ensure his debut is as successful as possible.”
