Noah Strømsted is one of several Scandinavian drivers on the FIA Formula 3 grid in 2025 but is the only Dane represented this season.

The TRIDENT driver takes us on a tour of his hometown and Copenhagen, giving his thoughts on what the ideal day would be like if you’re visiting for the first time.

Here’s what the Mercedes Junior Team talent came up with.

“So I live near Copenhagen in Denmark. My favourite part about the city is a place called Nyhavn. There’s a lot of old buildings and a lot of nice restaurants.

“I live just outside of Copenhagen but there’s this really nice place about two minutes away from where I live that’s good for breakfast. I’d go there but if I had to show someone around, I’d go to a coffee shop in the city. Normally they’re quite good. There’s a lot of coffee shops to choose from there.

“You could then go for a walk in this main street in the middle of the city, lots of shops to go to and different stuff to do there. I’d take someone there, do a little bit of shopping there.

“Then for lunch, there’s a nice place that does street food. The atmosphere is always really good around there, especially in the summer, so that’s always a good place to go to for lunch.

“After that, maybe we could go to the boats, so you can go around the channels on them in the middle of Copenhagen, so I think that would be good to do for someone visiting for the first time.

“Dinner, there are quite a few nice restaurants to choose from in the middle of the city. I’m not so big on Danish food – too much sauce and potatoes. But I like a good steak, so maybe find a nice place for a steak.

“It depends on the time of year, but if you go to Nyhavn in the summer, there can be quite a lot of people, so I think you’d have to be careful about going there because of how busy it can get. In the winter, when it’s snowing, it’s very nice to go there though.

“Underrated thing – there’s a nice park in the centre, that can be quite a nice place to go for walks around, so maybe that would be a place to visit while we’re there.”
